The Process

Tours are will be available again in August 1, 2025 with completed lease application.

Availability and Deposit

The unit is occupied and it will be available August 7, 2025 after we turn it over. Deposit is 1.5 monthly rent and is due with first month rent to secure.

Dog Friendly

With the dog park open this year, this unit is a great place for puppers! The unit is dog friendly with a $50/mo fee and has an additional Pet Agreement.

Utilities

Water/sewer/trash are included in rent. Tenant pays 50% of the gas for heat which was $1,200 total las year (other 50% paid by tenant downstairs). Electricity by Tenant via Consumers and cable/internet services available via Spectrum.

Access and Security
