How I Do That

Intuitively fusing the constellation of project activity with field-defining multidisciplinary breadth and technical depth in investment, architecture, engineering, construction, and management.

I work with a University of Michigan Masters in Architecture where I also studied real estate development alongside the Ross School of Business, Michigan Law School, Ford School of Public Policy, and Tubman College of Architecture and Urban Design as well as a Michigan Tech B.S. in Civil Engineering where I focused on public transit and land development and have continued honing my skills completing Massachusetts Institute of Technology SA+P short course in Real Estate Investment Analysis.

Over the years I have won several awards, most notably a national prize in the Urban Land Institute Gerald D. Hines Urban Design Competition.

During my career I have managed design and engineering across a growing 4 million SF national real estate portfolio, built an independent consulting practice serving clients across the country, became an associate in a national institute leading a facilities development practice, participated on over a quarter of a billion dollars of real estate development activity, and in the first year launching the Development Studio raised over $1,000,000 in private capital where I am bringing all my experience together to develop walkable urban place.
